Reservation/ Payments
After we received your reservation request we will, by mail, let you know if the house is still available. When you confirm to rent the house , we will send you a bookings confirmation .
The confirmation will be accepted as a booking once you have made the first payment of 25% of the total amount within the applicable time limit, 7 days after date, has been paid , your booking is final and confirmed.
If the first payment has not been paid within the applicable time limit. The reservation lapses and we will be free to rent the accommodation to another party.
The remaining amount must be paid within the applicable time limit, 1 month before arrival.
When not paid within time, the agreement will be dissolved without restitution of the prepayments.
Payments will be made by credit transfer to our bank account,
Cancellation
In a case of unexpected cancellation you will be accounted for the following cancellation fee.
*First payment is not refundable
* Until one month before start of rental, 50 of the whole rent
*Whit in one month before start of rental, the whole rental sum
We advise you strongly to take a cancellation insurance.
Rental
The agreement enter into, relates to the house Damai Rumah in which amount of beds may not be exceeded.
On the first day of rental the accommodation will be available from 14:00 hours and must be left at the final rental day before 12:00 hours (noon)
When the tenant does not shown up or arrives too late, or leaves the accommodation before the end of rental period, no restitution well be done.
Liability
The description given of the accommodation and the environment are personal and subjective and the letter accepts no liability for descriptions and impressions
Tennant indemnifies landlord/letter for third party claims relating to damage to persons or property and must arrange his/her own travel insurance.
Landlord/ letter can only be put liable if damage is due to gross negligence or intent.
Obligations
Tenant must leave the accommodation in the same state as of the start of the rental period.
When not complied with the letter can additional changes.
