The rates for the house in 2012 and 2013

Costs for use of energy- and water are included in the prices mentioned below.

The minimum rental period is 4 days (3 nights) on end.

Transfer costs to and from the airport are not included (about €45,- per transfer)

An additional € 2,50-/day (or € 15,-/ week) will be charged for cleaning and services.

The charged Tourist taxes will be €12,50 a period

Reservations will be confirmed after 25 % payment of the rent

The other 75 % must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival.
